It's Joyce - I'm going to take a crack at this whole blogging thing.
First of all, thanks so much to everyone for all the well wishes and Merry Christmases I received! You guys are awesome and I appreciate each and every one of you =)
Got a few exciting things I wanted to update all of you about...first of all, my band Lights On Fire (www.myspace.com/lightsonfireband if you haven't had a chance to check it out yet) is on it's way to writing enough songs for our first release. We're planning on going into the studio in the new year and can't wait to share what we've been working on with you! We'll also be putting up some new videos on our youtube page soon of our October show at TRiP in Santa Monica featuring 2 brand new LOF songs - "Freedom" and "Tidal Wave!"
Also, I recently finished photo shoot with the ever talented Joseph Corsentino and his wife, Donny Ha Corsentino for his new graphic novel series called "Afterlight." That's right, folks! Yours truly will become a J. Corsentino fairy for all you sci-fi fans on the net!!! If you're unfamiliar with his work, check out timeofthefaerie.com - I can't wait to see how the first novel looks!
Anyhow, just wanted to let you all know a little about what's been going on and to wish you all a rockin' and safe New Year's =)
